Exchange Policy

You can simply drop an email to care@amazecollective.com or contact us at 9147082030 within 7 days of receiving the product and we shall get it exchanged for you, to any other product that you may want to order.

Refund Policy

We offer easy returns, allowing you to return any item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. You can ask for return by writing an email to care@amazecollective.com

Return Guidelines:

1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.

2. All original product tags must remain intact.

Important Notes:

• In the event that you receive an incorrect or missing product, please provide a video of the unboxing process within 24 working hours of delivery. Such claims submitted without video proof will not be processed.
• Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email and refund will be issued in 7 working days.
